If handled and stored properly, homemade chicken stock can last up to 3 days in the refrigerator and up to 3 months in the freezer.
How To Freeze Them
You can store homemade chicken stock in the freezer by placing them in a sealed ziplock bag, glass container, or ice cube tray.
One ice cube is approximately one ounce, equivalent to two tablespoons. This is the perfect portion for making sauces or gravy.
Note that you can freeze the chicken stock for 2 to 3 months for the best quality.
