Instructions
Combine Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce in a bowl.
¼ cup Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
Place pork chop in the sauce mixture and marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator. The longer you marinate the pork chops the more flavorful they will be.
4 pieces Pork Chops
Discard the marinade and place the marinated pork chop in a baking dish. Sprinkle half a tablespoon of sugar on the top side of the pork chops and bake in a preheated 350 ºF. oven for 20 minutes.
¼ cup Brown Sugar
Flip the pork chops, sprinkle half of tablespoon of sugar on the top side, then bake for an additional 20 minutes, until golden brown. Internal temp will be 145 ºF.
Notes
This recipe works well for other cuts of pork like spare ribs, pork shoulder, pork steak, or pork tenderloin.
Thinly sliced pork chops will require less marinating time. So consider using thinly sliced meats if you're pressed for time.
You can also marinate the meat in a sealed plastic bag.
Alternatively, you can fry this popular Filipino dish, in a frying pan over medium heat.
