4cupsElbow Macaroni Pastauncooked
1cupMayonnaise
¼cupCondensed Milk
½ cupOniondiced
8oz.Smoked Hamdiced
1freshGranny Smithunpeeled and diced
½cupSweet Relishdrained
½cupCrushed Pineappledrained
4oz.Cheddar Cheesesharp or mild
¼ cupRoasted Red Bell Pepperdrained

Instructions
Cook macaroni pasta according to package instructions.
Drain but do not rinse. Let cool in a large mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, blend mayonnaise and condensed milk together.
Once the pasta is cool, add all the ingredients to the large bowl and mix all the ingredients together.
Notes
Don't overcook the pasta. Follow the package instructions precisely.
Don't rinse the pasta once it's been drained.
Let pasta cool in the mixing bowl before adding all the rest of the ingredients.
Mix gently and thoroughly to be sure all the flavors are blended.
Soak the onion in cold water for a few minutes to get rid of the bitter taste.
You can substitute sugar for condensed milk using a 1:1 ratio.
